Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with foundational cloud technologies and service provider ecosystems and business models.
  • 8 years of experience working in a partner or channel manager role.
  • Experience in navigating the unique procurement, security, and compliance hurdles of industry accounts (e.g., financial services, manufacturing, or healthcare).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of System Integrators (SIs), Service Providers (SPs), and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
  • Understanding of enterprise software and infrastructure marketplace and key players, technical factors driving the engaged landscape.
  • Ability to build continuous relationships, promoting to C-level executives, and ensure customer success and adoption, leading to customer expansion.
  • Ability to align partner incentives with internal sales quotas to drive a better together sales motion.
  • Ability to help partners build and promote Intellectual Property (IP), such as custom implementation frameworks, migration tools, or industry-specific AI agents.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$218,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic partnerships with key resellers and System Integrators (SIs) with a focus on industry enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales teams to exceed business goals by leveraging partners to source and influence new customer acquisition and expansions.
  • Empower partners to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for Google Workspace and Gemini enterprise, including change management, migration, adoption, and custom development offerings. Advocate your partners offerings to our specialist teams to maximize business generation.
  • Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to ensure their success.
  • Ensure partner-driven customer success that accelerates adoption of the Google Workspace platform and its genAI feature set. Collaborate with partners on customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
