Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role in management consulting, enterprise technology sales, or professional services.
- Experience in leading business or technology transformation programs for enterprise organizations.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with C-suite or VP-level executives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
- Experience orchestrating large, multi-workstream programs involving customers, partners, and internal teams in a matrixed organization.
- Experience building business cases and articulating the ROI of technology investments to executive stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem.
- Familiarity with the enterprise AI/ML landscape and enterprise agentic transformation.

The Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) team is evolving to meet the demands of enterprise AI transformation.
As a Consulting Account Lead (CAL), you will be the single point of accountability for shaping, orchestrating, and delivering our most strategic customers transformation journeys, with a focus on AI-driven transformation. You will act as the executive trusted advisor to C-suite executives in leading Financial Service Institutes (FSIs), defining the ambitious goals and ensuring they realize business value from their investment in Google Cloud and Gemini. You will own the customer's change journey, from architecting the services strategy early in the business cycle to establishing governance and acting as the unifying thread across complex delivery programs involving the customer, partners, and internal Google teams. You will be expected to be at the customer site approximately 50% of the time as needed.

Responsibilities
- Act as a lead customer experience and transformation advisor for C-suite and VP level and stakeholders, delivering industry-specific points of view on how Google Cloud and Gemini drive measurable business value, engaged differentiation, and return on investment.
- Own end-to-end services strategy, shaping and guiding customer's transformation journey by creating roadmaps, proposals, and delivery plans linked to business objectives and constraints.
- Manage cloud delivery programs, ensuring successful execution across customer, partners, and Google Cloud Consulting, while proactively identifying and mitigating transformation risks.
- Establish and lead program operating model and governance structure to ensure accountability and alignment. Orchestrate resources across customer experience organization (PSO, TAM, partners) and advocate for customer with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Support).
- Navigate organizational complexities to ensure successful adoption of platform, including owning plan to activate and drive usage of Gemini and AI Solutions.
