Strategic Partner Manager, Shopping Partnerships, YouTube (English, Bahasa Indonesia)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in consulting or strategy and operations/go-to-market roles within the e-commerce industry.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure, analyze, and solve business problems, as well as deliver impact against business goals.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage in partnership work, both externally and internally, and a demonstrated capacity to influence cross-functional and external stakeholders.

As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Partnerships team at YouTube, you will have a unique opportunity to create relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. You're comfortable working on content agreements with partners, as well as working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success on YouTube and to provide the experience for our users.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of talent agencies in Indonesia, which includes day-to-day partnership activities, performance growth, and advocate internally on behalf of our partners. Drive Shopping plans with third-party partners to reach GMV goals.
  • Define, model, execute against and analyze distribution and product adoption metrics and recommend improvements internally and to partners.
  • Participate in new business development, including evaluating partners or programs within select industries, market and content analysis, agreement management and closing.
  • Work with teams, across the YouTube Business Organization and cross-functional teams (Business, Marketing, Policy, Comms, Legal and others) to bring the solutions to partners.
