As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document current Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes (e.g., Part Creation, BOM Management, Change Management) to pinpoint inefficiencies and translate findings into concrete project proposals and solution requirements for AI application.
  • Contribute to the roadmap and own the tactical execution plan for AI-enabled Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) pilot projects and phased rollouts.
  • Build compelling business cases for AI pilot projects by quantifying value (e.g., cost savings from reduced errors, faster time-to-market) and defining clear, measurable success metrics for tactical deliverables.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and key business stakeholders, including Hardware Design Engineering, NPI, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Key Manufacturers.
  • Partner with IT and data teams to ensure that Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) data is clean, consistent, and ready for use in AI/ML models.
