Strategy and Operations Program Manager, YouTube Business

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in strategy and operations, program management, or consulting roles within the tech sector.
  • Experience in Salesforce or other CRMs, including process design and reporting.
  • Experience analyzing datasets using languages such as SQL, R, Python or Apps Script.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with A/B testing and working with data science teams on experimental analysis.
  • Experience working with Marketing or Sales Development.
  • Experience in the creator ecosystem (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, etc).
  • Experience in designing, developing, and optimizing programs and initiatives for frontline teams, leading to improvements in efficiency or impact.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across organizations to achieve shared objectives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and insights to audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition and refinement of partner cohorts, leveraging data analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improved partner engagement.
  • Design and optimize workflows for partner managers, including tooling, processes, and best practices, to enhance partner relationship management.
  • Conduct performance analysis of partner programs and initiatives, developing insights and recommendations to drive decision-making and achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute programs and initiatives that support the overall goals of Partner Management, often collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, and Product.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication across various YouTube teams to ensure alignment on priorities, facilitate program and execution in the needs of the partner ecosystem.
