Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices - and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
  • Ability to problem-solve under pressure by prioritizing and acting resourcefully.
  • Ability to foster effective collaboration through strong written and verbal communication across job functions, while consistently upholding the highest standards of business confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail, comfortable with ambiguity, autonomous execution and escalation.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP, Performance & Rewards the and leadership team as their trusted Executive Business Partner (EBP), working in close collaboration with the Executive Chief of Staff to provide comprehensive administrative support, such as managing calendars, booking travel, and coordinating resources.
  • Plan, manage, and execute events from team events (i.e., digital and in-person), meetings, leadership forums, and other celebrations and milestones.
  • Build operational efficiency by streamlining existing processes and defining new strategies, and consistently demonstrate a flexible, solution-oriented approach when adapting to last-minute changes.
  • Mentor and assist with onboarding new team members (i.e., other Executive/Administrative Business Partners, executives, or cross-functional team members). Collaborate with the ABP team to ensure successful execution of regularly scheduled meetings, events, or projects.
