Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working in a global multi-site environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, cross-functional initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
About the job
In this role, you will support the VP of gTech Ads enablement by driving strategic programs, partnering with executive leadership and enabling seamless execution of team rhythms, events and communications to enhance alignment, engagement and organizational impact.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the organization's rhythm of business including key meetings, offsites and budget management.
- Develop, execute and maintain the executive communications strategy, including content for presentations and internal communications, through regular stakeholder updates to showcase the team's impact.
- Drive gTech Ads enablement's priorities by leading leadership engagements and aligning cross-functional efforts to accelerate decision-making, ensure focus on top business priorities and maintain a cohesive organizational presence.
