Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in partner/vendor management.
- Experience in accounting with a focus on managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and purchase order management.
- Experience with local authority requirements to ensure service and product delivery.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software like SAP, Oracle, or Sage.
- Experience in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or others).
- Experience in vendor management and agreement negotiation.
About the job
As a Business Operations Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance agreements of Data Center related systems. As a stakeholder, you will lead cost control, contractor management, and procurement projects, collaborating with other stakeholders like the Environment, Health, and Safety department.
In addition, you will actively support local Data Center Technicians by ensuring they are informed regarding relevant processes. You will serve as a local escalation point for finance-related matters. You will support site management and other business program managers in maintaining metrics, providing data, and conducting analyses to facilitate informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Execute assignments with high levels of self-initiative and adaptability, successfully delivering results across varying levels of supervision.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop Requests for Information, Requests for Proposals, Statements of Work, and Service Agreements, managing the process from structured evaluation to agreement award.
- Lead the development and reconciliation of annual operational and capital budgets, providing regular variance analysis and clear insights to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Drive financial efficiency by identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing accruals to ensure strict compliance and accurate fiscal forecasting.
- Oversee the end-to-end supplier on-boarding and audit process while analyzing cost data to maintain Key Performance Indicators and support data-driven strategic planning.
