Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with data center systems engineering and operations.
- Experience working with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA in a technical field.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in Data Centers or manufacturing facilities operations or projects.
- Experience with launching software automation tools.
About the job
As the Technical Program Manager, you will focus on systems across both data center operations and associated supply chains. In this role, you will ensure critical infrastructure and the supply chain to meet the standards for reliability, efficiency, and compliance. You'll work with technical knowledge, process optimization, and supply chain collaboration.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Lead a cross-functional team driving design, development, and deployment of data center systems globally.
- Manage product lifecycle of software tools for Data centers that drive industry leading uptime.
- Manage product documentation (e.g., Business Requirements Document, Pilot Plan, etc.), phase gate reviews, communication and user feedback collection at various stages in the life cycle (e.g., User Acceptance Testing, User Surveys, Critical User Journeys).
- Collaborate with stakeholders ensuring accountability for planning, providing visibility into resource needs, and intake management of new features or requirements.
- Lead the collaboration among Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain and Fleet Deployment teams to ensure regional and global alignment on strategic product and technology roadmaps.
