Enablement Manager, GPO, OGP Enablement

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in project and program management in an organization or consulting firm.
  • 4 years of experience with change management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certifications.
  • Experience setting strategy and designing learning experience for hybrid learning and development programs.
  • Experience implementing change management models in evolving organizations and creating cross-channel communication strategy.
  • Experience in data visualizations/data tools (i.e., business intelligence platform, sheets, dashboards) or using data to understand user experience to make data-driven improvements based on insights about readiness and adoption.
  • Experience with change management for systems implementation/deployment including with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) frameworks.
  • Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and partner effectively with cross-functional teams.

Within the GPO, the One Google Procurement (OGP) Enablement team focuses on enabling GPO's goals through cross-GPO programs, fostering operational excellence, innovation, and proactive risk management to deliver Google-wide value.

In this role, you will facilitate smooth transitions and ensure successful adoption of new procurement strategies, processes or systems within Google. You will focus on engaging stakeholders, managing resistance, planning, executing, and evaluating changes to drive improvements in procurement practices across Google.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead change management across cross-Procurement and Finance transformation projects, including being accountable for major milestones.
  • Analyze user various metrics and report insights to inform project decisions, implement communication and training plans and to Identify risks early, escalate appropriately, and mitigation.
  • Keep a user-focused lens on every transformation project.
  • Identify areas to operationalize Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities across projects, propose and implement improvements; enabling OCM efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement of change management activities based on data-driven insights
