Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
  • 2 years of experience working with product management or with engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience with attribution, incrementally and MMMs to prove the value of media.

About the job

In this role, you will help to scale measurement product adoption across the APAC region by directly working with GCS sellers and customers. You will work with a group of internal and external stakeholders, influence executive business stakeholders and work cross-functionally to direct the product activation strategy for Google Customer Solutions (GCS) business programs. You will lead the activation of Measurement products for customers goals. You will advocate the needs, opportunities, and gaps that GCS customers experience with the product teams. You will equip promoters with the right knowledge, resources, market insights, and tools to drive customer success and product adoption growth.

You will have an understanding of the product portfolio across all Ad products: Performance, Video, Measurement and Shopping and specifically proficiency in managing Measurement and Attribution products and solutions. You must develop narratives and Go-to-Market (GTM) solutions around the key OKR's and drive them. You will have the ability to simplify and visualize complex concepts to present to executive stakeholders and decision makers. You will influence internal and external stakeholders (GPLs, Gtech, Sales, Vendor Teams, Agencies etc) to adopt and support these initiatives through effective communication and influencing skills. Also you will collaborate extensively across various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Mid Market Sales (MMS) Lead Gen team to assist customers across advanced measurement solutions including Incrementality, Attribution, MMMs, and first-party data.
  • Collaborate with sellers and customers to identify potential business growth opportunities. Develop comprehensive measurement solutions that address their business and marketing challenges. Provide guidance on methodologies for marketing and media analytics, measurement, and attribution.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to drive the end-to-end program management of measurement effectiveness plans. 
  • Collaborate with Sales and Global PSA to develop internal and external training programs that enhance seller and customer knowledge on Google’s priority M&A solutions. Collaborate with third-party measurement providers as needed for specific agencies.
  • Gather information on common objections, successful strategies, and product knowledge gaps. Lead product training based on these insights.
