Principal Video Lead, Apps, Gaming, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying client’s challenges to defining customer and product strategy, enabling long-term opportunities.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience in video solutions, including knowledge of the competitive landscape.
  • Ability to lead complex strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Ability to present to executives and communicate with sales team.
  • Excellent storytelling skills.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted video advisor by developing strong agency and customer relationships to better understand how decisions are made to capitalize on positioning growth opportunities.
  • Partner with the Industry Director and vertical sellers to provide business, and drive support through industry/business knowledge, product expertise and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Develop annual video strategy, gain agreement across stakeholders, and collaborate effectively to execute, projects of key video plays, and communications to ensure consistent and well executed deployment at scale.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders across sales and product based on business rationale, advertiser needs and business opportunity for the sector.
  • Represent product gaps and opportunities to Video Product Specialists and GTM to accelerate business opportunity.
