Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience managing technical projects in the cloud or silicon development industries.
- 10 years of experience leading teams within technical program management, engineering management, or equivalent roles.
- Experience in the following domain areas: Generative AI, Large Language Models, Agents and AI Workflow tools.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise programs and cloud technologies.
- Demonstrated comfort with changing specifications or standards, and experience creating the conditions in which the team feels comfortable and capable of working through in response to ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that drive executional impact at scale.
- Deep technical expertise in systems and software with the leadership skills needed to influence technical leaders across the company.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $272,000-$383,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage development and delivery of Cloud AI programs and solutions. Provide both technical and organizational leadership.
- Be responsible for leading planning, execution, and delivery of internal and external programs and initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership, engineering, and product managers to ensure alignment with engineering and product priorities. Forecast program management resourcing requirements while driving sublinear scaling at a rapid pace.
- Lead and inspire an organization of technical program managers drawn from several parts of the business, with a goal of driving predictable outcomes for our customers and business. Lead groups to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage OKRs, release on time, bring tooling efficiencies, and help teams in execution.
- Build a healthy, scalable, and growth-oriented technical program management organization across multiple locations.
