Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience designing and implementing Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, HR, etc. systems.
- 8 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire life-cycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
- Experience in implementing Analytics and Reporting solutions like Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence etc.
- Experience in data visualization tools and techniques.
Preferred qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in architecting and driving full scale enterprise solutions working with globally distributed teams.
- Experience with third-party ERP applications within Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing etc.
- Experience working with advanced analytics solutions involving machine learning and statistical analytics.
- Understanding of one or more data management practices like Data Integration, Data Security, Metadata Management, Data Governance and Data Quality.
- Ability to drive alignment and build strong partnerships with executive leadership from teams outside of their extended team.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will help conceive and deliver solutions to meet the data, reporting and analytics needs of Googlers. Through your domain expertise, you will drive high impact projects to deliver data management and investigative solutions for our partners across Google.At Corp Eng, we build world-leading business solutions that scale a more helpful Google for everyone. As Google’s IT organization, we provide end-to-end solutions for organizations across Google. Responsibilities
- Lead data projects, including gathering requirements, performing analysis, solution design, and ensuring successful delivery of solution.
- Partner with internal teams to gain a rich understanding of business processes, investigative and reporting needs and gaps.
- Work separately or lead team members in producing functional solution proposal and reviewing technical design.
- Perform data analysis to support user requests and project internal needs. Integrate third-party products into internal systems and processes.
- Manage project and create Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) artifacts as needed in order to meet deliverable commitments. Ensure quality of deliverable by taking end-to-end accountability including testing and ongoing production quality assurance.
