Business Systems Analyst, Anaplan

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
  • 5 years of experience designing and implementing in supply chain systems.
  • Experience in Anaplan modeling and integration with other systems.
  • Experience in Anaplan Model Builder with Business Planning.
  • Experience in working with web or mobile application development, Unix/Linux environments, distributed and parallel systems, machine learning, information retrieval, networking, developing software systems or security software development.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certification in Anaplan Solution architecture or Master Anaplanner.
  • 5 years of experience in working with cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage technical projects.
  • Experience with data analysis, Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and reporting/dashboarding.
  • Excellent technical process analysis skills to translate business requirements into solution design.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models to support multiple aspects of business planning. Work with Data teams to reconcile differences with other systems.
  • Refine and optimize Anaplan models to improve performance and accuracy across all regions.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources into Anaplan, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Document models and processes. Test and validate Anaplan models for business requirements and performance.
  • Work with Composite Service Operators (CSO), Business Compensation Operations, and Product Management to understand business requirements and translate them into Anaplan solutions. Work with Data Engineering and Business Operations teams to improve performance.
