Industry Manager, LCS, Consumer (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in media management or sales.
  • Experience within the Northern European or BeNeLux market and clients with the ability to prioritize and deliver on workstreams and initiatives that drive results.
  • Understanding of Google's media planning solutions (e.g. Reach Planner and Insights Finder). Google's brand measurement solutions (XMR and BLS). Google’s Insights solutions such as Connect Sales, Wildcat, etc, with Google Ads and DV360.
  • Understanding of planning, buying, and measurement solutions and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to grow relationships with advertisers, agencies, or clients. with a proven success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and
industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Structurally grow the share of wallet of Google performance and branding products in a portfolio of advertisers, while developing and executing strategic marketing plans that enable cross-functional collaboration to position and implement the right Google solutions to meet the customers' business and marketing objectives.
  • Build and deepen relationships with executive performance leads, brand managers, media directors, and CMOs at the advertiser and their partner ecosystem.
  • Translate top level Business, and marketing objectives to year round actionable performance plans and support defending budgets during the cycle.
  • Persuade AV/TV decision-makers at the advertiser and incumbent partner to adopt Google's branding solutions and YouTube with your strong brand advertising and Google product knowledge.
  • Capture and respond to multi-month media RFPs with Google's branding solutions using Google's proven sales methodology, with a drive to learn.
