Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in agency, brand advertising, product marketing, or ads sales.
- Experience in ads measurement (e.g., digital and cross-media measurement solutions and ad sales/tools).
- Experience with return on investment measurement concepts (incrementality) and the third-party measurement ecosystem.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in storytelling and explaining advanced technical products to multiple audiences, generating problem statements, identifying solutions, and making recommendations.
- Ability to create influential relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate executive presence.
- Ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and manage multiple cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to proactively take ownership of projects by setting and achieving milestones, synthesizing input from many stakeholders, creating outputs appropriate to the audiences, and driving awareness/adoption of final deliverables.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including quantitative fluency.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to GBO. The team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business delivers strategic growth and operates effectively.
This team is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products (from representing the customer to advocating for product requirements to ensuring teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption, and revenue health at scale). This team plays an important role in building excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing GBOers business skills to ensuring flawless execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Drive successful activation of incrementality solutions globally, including close co-ordination with product Management, regional product go-to-market, other measurement global product solutions stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.
- Synthesize and prioritize feedback from GTM and sales teams to influence commercialization strategy, and drive the rollout strategy of new sales motions and collateral.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, GTM, product, Google technical services, business development, marketing and legal.
- Help define success metrics, track adoption and business impact.
- Commercialize incrementality benchmarks and insights to support sellers in customer incrementality consultations, and develop internal communications and collateral for sales teams (narratives, pitch decks, case studies, etc.).
