Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with business techniques including questioning, and objection handling.
- Experience managing a business portfolio in business development, customer relationship and servicing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to think about issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
- Ability to influence stakeholders through thought leadership.

As an Industry Manager, you will work with clients to provide digital solutions to meet and exceed their sales and marketing objectives using a variety of Google products and tools. You will develop C-level relationships with new and existing clients to uncover new business opportunities. You will leverage business judgment to identify, educate, and engage customers with Google's latest advertising products and technologies. Utilizing influencing and relationship-building skills, you will provide Google-caliber client service, research, and market analysis, anticipating how decisions are made, understanding the details of individual campaigns, and persistently exploring, and uncovering the business needs of business lines.

Responsibilities
- Partner and consult with clients in the E-commerce industry in Indonesia, with the goal of co-developing digital strategies, increasing product knowledge and adoption, optimizing customer advertising and growing the business.
- Structure joint business plans for customer accounts and help transform growth curves through understanding of their business objectives, key performance indicators, and challenges.
- Analyze data trends and customer performance to generate industry insights, collaborate cross-functionally to identify next big bets, and prepare and conduct transformational pitches and presentations.
- Develop case studies of campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to participate in industry events and conferences.
- Develop and maintain C-level relationships, serve as a point of contact to customers and advise on digital trends.
