Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience with scripting languages such as Perl, TCL, Shell, or Python.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) system development and maintenance.
- Experience in designing QoR metrics, analyzing and creating dashboards/reports/audit systems.
- Experience using ML framework and solution to boost silicon design closure.
- Familiarity with queuing systems (LSF/NC/GE/Slurm) or dependency-tracking tools (FlowTracer/makefile/AirFlow).
- Familiarity with database interaction and application (BigQuery/SQL).

Responsibilities
- Work with the silicon design teams to develop new flows, tools and automation features.
- Develop dashboard system to track and audit design QoR metrics.
- Develop continuous integration and continuous delivery (CICD) regression system to ensure flow quality.
- Exhibit experience in co-working with project teams to foster efficient flow execution and the development and maintenance of automation environments.
- Provide flow usage and execution support with documentation, training and troubleshooting.
