Strategy and Operations Lead, gTech Strategy and Operations

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience in management consulting firm or equivalent project management experience in a strategy function for software, Internet, media industries or early stage companies.
  • Experience with executive stakeholder management and executive communication, written and verbal, both internally and externally.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and driving strategy in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment.
  • Experience in Operations, Customer Support and Internet/Online Media.
  • Excellent project management, problem solving/analysis, written/verbal communication and people management skills.

The team focuses on the critical strategic priorities for gTech Ads teams, facilitates cross functional alignment of goals and execution, provides business critical insights using analytics, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.

In this role, you will be required to develop solutions to complex, ambiguous and high-visibility business problems and opportunities. You will be at the forefront of building and driving these solutions while working closely with business teams, influencing the goal setting, helping transform early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives and much more. You will have a rare opportunity to drive a very significant, multi-year business transformation which is currently underway.

You will act as a trusted advisor, a strategic thought partner for the Ads Leadership team. You will lead design, alignment and execution of strategic initiatives in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to improving customer experience and build trust with our stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Define, structure, launch and drive strategic and operational initiatives for gTech Ads Customer Support teams, while acting as a strategic thought partner to the leadership.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to gather relevant information, context, and drive business analysis with effective project communication and management.
  • Enable critical business decision making by working with cross-functional stakeholders and cross-pollinate learnings.
  • Partner with gTech Ads Customer Support leadership in end-to-end driving of strategic initiatives, including global priorities.
  • Provide oversight and connectivity to business-focused standalone initiatives and removing roadblocks to execution, and eliminating conflicts.
