Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development and design.
- 7 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- 5 years of experience in launching and testing software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design, and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

- Work closely with the Supply Chain team to define and implement strategies for component selection (e.g., GPUs, CPUs, memory, storage, networking, power, thermal solutions).
- Ensure selected components meet technical specifications, cost goals, and supply chain resilience requirements.
- Collaborate deeply with these teams to understand their performance requirements, software-hardware co-design needs, and future architectural demands.
- Provide technical leadership on complex hardware projects, driving technical excellence and innovative solutions.
- Mentor hardware engineers contribute to fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
