Measurement Specialist, Technical Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
  • Experience with Data/SQL and web technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in operations management (i.e. process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc).

As a Measurement Specialist within the gTech Ads Solution Team, our mission is to empower Large Customer Sales (LCS) clients to achieve excellent business outcomes through data-driven measurement.

In this role, you will partner with clients, agencies, and internal gTech/Sales teams, providing scaled support to build measurement readiness. This includes assessing and preparing clients to implement infrastructure, identify data gaps, enhance data collection, and accurately track performance against key indicators. Our ultimate goal is to enable clients to maximize value from Google's products and shape the future of measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Discover customer measurement readiness needs by understanding clients business plans, issues/goals and sales direction.
  • Analyze existing third-party partner landscape and measurement tech infrastructure of clients in a privacy-safe manner. Participate in ideation, design and delivery of joint services plan for services under scope.
  • Assess and prepare clients to implement infrastructure, identify data gaps, enhance data collection, and accurately track performance against key indicators.
  • Be the Measurement Products Expert POC to internal Sales Teams and external advertiser teams/partners. Collaborate with various teams internally.
  • Manage end to end delivery of readiness activities in partnership with relevant internal and external teams. Support delivery of the relevant metrics that matter.
