Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in sourcing or category management within the technology or hyperscale industry.
- 10 years of experience in program or project management.
- 10 years of experience managing OEM partnerships (compute, networking, storage) and system integration models.
- 7 years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
- 5 years of experience driving programs in cloud infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 5 years of experience in leading contract negotiations, TCO modeling, and developing formal supply chain risk mitigation frameworks.
- Experience supporting distributed, or hybrid cloud hardware deployment models.
- Experience in managing the complete hardware product life-cycle, including NPI strategy, technology transition planning, and end-of-life management.

It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.As a Senior Leadership Program Manager, you will be crucial to powering Google Distributed Cloud by developing and executing an intelligent, scalable, and resilient supply chain for its hardware foundation, which extends Google's infrastructure to customer data centers and edge locations. You will connect innovation to execution by leading the end-to-end global sourcing strategy, building trusted partnerships and accelerating time-to-market for high-value Original Equipment Manufacturer hardware (including compute, network, and storage) and System Integration partners which involves owning all commercial and contractual relationships with a supplier portfolio, driving significant cost optimization, and actively mitigating critical supply chain risks to ensure secure, scalable, and sustainable distributed cloud deployments globally.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multiyear sourcing strategies for OEM hardware and Systems Integrator (SI) partners, driving Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization.
- Lead high-value commercial negotiations (MSAs, pricing, capacity) with suppliers.
- Act as the primary commercial owner for OEM/SI partners, fostering executive relationships and mitigating supply chain risks.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and NPI teams to translate technical needs into sourcing strategies and scale global integration capacity.
- Monitor supplier performance using Key Performance Indicator, Service Level Agreement (KPIs/SLAs), lead Quarterly Business Review (QBRs), and ensure contractual adherence.
