Minimum qualifications:

- Experience working in a Strategy and Operations or consulting role that involves change management and communications.

- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Knowledge of security, privacy, trust, and safety domains.
- Ability to prioritize workloads, transition between projects, and adapt to unanticipated issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent executive and stakeholder management skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Contribute to development and execution of internal communications and engagement strategy for PSS senior leadership, including newsletters, town halls, and change management communications.
- Develop forward-thinking, innovative thought leadership content (e.g., long-form writing and slides) for senior leadership.
- Drive strategic communications projects across PSS and partner teams.
- Develop comprehensive change management GTM plans to support both organizational shifts and strategic business initiatives, ensuring transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
- Lead or contribute to the development and implementation of Google projects, fostering innovation and collaboration across teams.
