- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience in new product introduction operations management or supply chain management, manufacturing operations, development or operations engineering.
- 2 years of experience in Contract Manufacturer (CM) management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to present to management with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent quantitative reasoning, creativity and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Manage the overall factory and build readiness with Engineering, Operations, and Contract Manufacturer (CM) teams.
- Ensure production transitions through Product Development Process (PDP) stages and meeting program goals. Manage NPI builds and production readiness with internal and external team.
- Lead the Operations team in planning and executing copy site validation builds and product ramps, and meet product launch demand.
- Manage all operations-related communications, upward and downward, throughout the organization. Escalate key issues and present options for resolution to the cross-functional executive teams.
- Initiate projects to streamline existing processes, reduce costs.
