Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA.
  • 13 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with Google's suite of Experimentation solutions (Conversion Lift, GeoX, Causal Impact).

About the job

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding how experimentation products are being used across the Americas region, and what enablement mechanisms are needed to meet customer and seller needs. You will work in close collaboration with global partners to drive roadmap accountability, act as primary expert to regional executive sponsors and VPs to influence the future of our experimentation products, and align global teams on common priorities. You will contribute to shaping the overall Americas GTM strategy for how we bring solutions to market cohesively.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the strategy for testing and learning across the ALCS organization. Lead large-scale product initiatives and gain consensus from senior stakeholders to achieve business goals.
  • Cultivate relationships with third-party measurement providers and industry groups.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to drive research that informs the go-to-market approach.
  • Partner with Data, Measurement & Analytics (DM&A) Specialists to test and validate new go-to-market strategies.
  • Work with gTech to streamline workflows and scale the impact of DM&A efforts.
