About the job
Growth Marketing is a team of growth marketing experts that supports product areas across Google's consumer business. They foster collaboration between product areas, and ensuring a user-centric approach to growth initiatives.
In this role, you will develop and execute the growth marketing strategy for Google's AI consumer apps with focus on owned and operated channels. Your mission will be to sustainably acquire and retain users across various stages of users' lifecycle, collaborating closely with Product Marketing and Product teams. You will oversee multiple growth campaigns and experiments globally with cross-functional teams.
Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
Responsibilities
- Operationalize growth strategy for Google's AI consumer apps, focusing on owned and operated channels to drive user acquisition and activation.
- Support evergreen and Go-to-Market (GTM) growth initiatives across owned and operated channels such as emails, notifications, and websites.
- Partner closely with Paid Media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/App Store Optimization (ASO) teams and analytics to maximize effectiveness of our demand gen campaigns.
- Partner closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and Analytics to uncover user insights, define growth opportunities, and build a pipeline of growth experiments.
- Prioritize, test and launch experiments and campaigns across a user’s lifecycle, from acquisition, onboarding and activation, to feature adoption, churn prevention, and resurrection.
