Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Sales, or Channel Development in the technology industry.
- Experience in public cloud solutions across SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.
- People management experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing and growing a portfolio of technology partnerships, including extensive cross-functional team engagement.
- Experience interfacing with C-level executives in partner companies to set joint sales targets, resolve complex escalations, and establish partnership governance.
- Experience managing a portfolio of partner products and solutions, including complex channel go-to-market motions such as multi-partner solutions, procurement through cloud marketplaces, and consumption-based solutions.
- Experience working in a partnership role at a leading service provider, channel reseller, or enterprise software company.
About the job
In this role, you will lead our Online Partner business globally. You will directly manage the Online PDM’s around the world to ensure the delivery of our online partner growth commitments. Additionally, you will lead through cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Support, Product, and Enablement to develop and drive the growth Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$306,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of managers and team members around the world to achieve and exceed our online partners growth goals.
- Drive long-term growth by identifying, discussing, and ramping new online partners.
- Lead the team to establish clear, mutual commitments around growth, marketing, services offerings, etc. Review this plan in periodic business reviews with partners to monitor progress and establish corrective actions as needed.
- Identify growth projects and programs across our partner ecosystem that can scale the business. Plan and execute programs and work with cross-functional stakeholders in the wider Cloud organization, including Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Partnerships.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to predict, measure, and interpret business trends and inform key decisions. Communicate findings on a regular basis to all levels of management and leverage partner feedback to drive improvements.
