Regional Product Lead, AI, Performance Solutions (Japanese, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience in developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives for apps business.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with C-level clients and executive leadership stakeholders (e.g., external, internal, cross-functional).
  • Experience in leading a large-scale public event (e.g., training, keynote speaker).
  • Ability to think strategically in analyzing the needs of clients and teams.
  • Ability to build data driven insights to influence executive decision makers.

The PSA Go-to-Market team is the link between product and sales at Google. We take product innovations and help turn them into solutions for our customers to get the most out of their investment with Google. We are passionate about all things digital and want to build and shape the ever-changing worlds of advertising, operations and customer experience. The Regional Product Lead (RPL) role within the GTM team is a consultative position which builds on a deep knowledge of our product offerings to influence global product strategy and creatively position the value for advertisers. It involves a mix of strategic programs, product commercialisation and delivering initiatives with sales and product teams.

As a Regional Product Lead, you will focus on the Japanese market. You will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and maximizing the impact of Google's advertising technologies. You will guide the go-to-market strategy for Search and AI Performance Solutions in Japan. You will collaborate with the country manager and sales leadership to unlock the full potential of the Japan market. You will engage directly with key clients, providing expert guidance on how Search and AI Performance Solutions can address their unique business challenges and drive meaningful growth. You will develop and deliver impactful training programs and resources to enable our sales teams to effectively position and sell Search and AI Performance solutions. You will gather crucial market feedback and customer insights to inform the evolution of Google's Search and AI Performance Solution offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on Google's ad products and industry trends, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader on applying Search and AI Performance Solutions to drive business growth.
  • Craft and execute a plan to maximize adoption of Google's Search and AI Performance Solutions in Japan, aligning with the Japan sales leadership.
  • Leverage learnings from Japan and other regions to co-shape and expand the APAC go-to-market strategy.
  • Build strong client relationships through consultations, workshops, and expert guidance on using Search and AI Performance solutions to achieve business objectives, while gathering insights to inform strategies.
  • Deliver impactful training, develop sales enablement tools, and collaborate on tailored client solutions to support sales teams in demonstrating the value of Google's offerings.
