Agency Programs and Incentives Lead (English, Portuguese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience identifying client’s issues to defining customer and product strategy, enabling long-term opportunities.
  • Experience working with digital organizations or agencies with video products.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in influencing and cultivating trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Understanding of agency ecosystem and dynamics.
  • Understanding of Google video products, video industry, key platforms, trends and online advertising ecosystem.
  • Excellent problem-solving and investigative capabilities, with the ability to manage tactical and testing business issues.
  • Excellent organizational, production, and project management skills, with the ability to execute on multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, to interact with executive management.

As an Agency Programs and Incentives Lead, you will be in charge of building, pitching, negotiating and executing agreements with our top HoldCos and separate agencies, driving incremental business for Google through influencing agencies behavior, supporting our partners for sustainable growth and evolving their digital maturity and capabilities.

industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how
Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global, regional, and local stakeholders to develop agency agreement.
  • Construct persuasive narratives showcasing program value for agency C-Level engagement.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements, while nurturing relationships with partner C-level executives to drive Google product adoption and growth.
  • Establish measurable success metrics and implement tracking processes and tools.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with internal and external stakeholders, provide program improvement feedback, align with Agency Leads, and coordinate cross-functionally with various Google teams.
