Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management.
- 10 years of customer-facing experience in an enterprise software company, interfacing with executives, and driving customer transformation programs.
- 5 years of experience driving product adoption for enterprise customers by identifying patterns and executing growth strategies.
- 5 years of experience leading enterprise-level change management programs and influencing executive-level stakeholders within IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS environments.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team end-to-end customer experience programs.
- Experience using data and creativity to drive consumption-based business decisions and long-term customer value.
- Understanding of security operations (SecOps), threat intelligence, or cloud security analytics.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
Security Operations (SecOps) by Google Cloud is advancing cyber security for enterprises of all sizes. We are dedicated to helping organizations detect and stop cyber attacks before they cause harm. By leveraging Google’s global-scale threat intelligence, massive cloud computing power, and big data expertise, we help our customers solve their most significant security challenges. Our platform analyzes exabytes of data to resolve the most pertinent threats, delivering a comprehensive suite of products—from security analytics and incident response to exceptional threat intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy for customer success and value realization across the Google Security portfolio, ensuring high product adoption and measurable business outcomes.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive goal and roadmap for post-sales services, establishing global standards for deployment quality, technical documentation, and customer support.
- Orchestrate large-scale, enterprise-level change programs and define key success metrics to track progress against joint business goals and long-term security objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, Professional Services, and Customer Engineering to design and implement strategies that maximize product growth, and account expansion.
- Act as a critical partner to Product leadership by taking ownership of "post-commit" growth activities, translating customer feedback into product improvements and driving continued technology consumption.
