Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, and/or fulfillment planning and execution.
- 3 years of experience in leadership roles with direct reports.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in supply chain planning in a data center environment.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.The Integrated Planning (IP) organization within Cloud Supply Chain and Operations (CSCO) is responsible for planning for data center infrastructure and balancing and shaping demand intent from our Product Areas, deployment decisions for new technologies and supply capability across data centers, networking and machines. The Operations Planning and Enablement (OP&E) team within IP drives the Operations Plan that is the single source of truth for all execution teams to drive/enable appropriate capacity to deliver infrastructure to PAs’ needs. The team is also responsible for driving the right amount of supply, orchestrating Supply Demand Matching and resulting actions like Demand Shaping, plan adjustments etc.
Responsibilities
- Manage Demand or supply for a specific set of commodities, including updating forecasts, sending out Supply Requests and managing Supply Demand Match (SDM) views at multiple levels of product granularity.
- Lead demand and supply planning meetings with cross-functional teams, reviewing supply, demand risks/mitigation options/service level goals. Collaborate cross-functionally and drive resolution of supply chain exceptions/escalations in a timely manner.
- Drive strategic cross-functional projects/programs to implement new capabilities and improve existing ones across the planning organization. Drive product success by keeping ourselves and others accountable for metrics such as forecast accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory, and material spend.
- Hire, manage and lead a team of program managers to drive end to end supply chain planning programs.
