Executive Recruiter, Cloud Tech

Minimum qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in executive level AI, Tech and Product development Recruiting across EMEA markets, including the United Kingdom.
  • 5 years of recruiting experience at an executive search agency or executive in-house recruiting team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of recruiting experience in AI/ML or Cloud technologies.
  • Experience partnering with key stakeholders to deliver high quality search deliverables, including internal executive researchers and external executive search firms.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive Cloud leaders on high-profile, Director, technical hires, providing domain and market insights and trends, and advising executives on top talent for their business needs.
  • Develop and own innovative and talent-winning search strategies, delivering deep competitor research against those strategies for Cloud technical functions (e.g., engineering, product management, etc.).
  • Provide effective project management, driving searches forward and creating consistent experiences for hiring managers/clients, applicants, and colleagues.
  • Build and nurture relationships for the future, engaging with top passive talent and continuously expanding access to an ever-widening tech executive talent pool.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processes.
