UI/UX Consultant, International Growth Team (Fixed-Term Contract)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in UI/UX.
  • 3 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in sales, marketing or consulting.
  • Experience in applying Artificial Intelligence to improve sales, consultancy process or business operations.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and industries, ability to adapt to an multi-cultural environment and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate business acumen, analytical capabilities, and the ability to develop business plans and deliver results consistently.

This is a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) role with the contract ending on 31st December 2025. As a Global Business Solutions (GBS) consultant on the International Growth Team, you’re an expert in the operational elements of international go-to-market strategies that are key to successful expansion.

You’ll consult with our internal partners to identify opportunities and tools to facilitate growth in Google’s customer’s non-domestic footprint. Primary consultation topics will be across key elements of operational go-to-market (Localization, Payments, Logistics & Customer Experience) for worldwide countries. You’ll provide insights and solutions to aid customers reach and exceed their international ambitions by designing & scaling this end-to-end internationalization service. You will develop a deep understanding of their business needs, objectives, and decision processes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver UI/UX and localization consultations for major international customers to improve their international conversion rates and business consultants.
  • Develop, test, and scale strategies to leverage AI in consultations to improve efficiency and impact.
  • Work with sales and global cross-functional teams to identify go-to-market plans, and build partnerships with critical ecosystem partners.
  • Execute developed business strategies for specific markets or customers, in collaboration with internal partners based on research and understanding of the customer and leverage products to deliver goals.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to work towards mutual business objectives, advise customers on best strategic and business practices, and share updates on opportunities and activities with accounts.
