Programmatic Agency Lead (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative business, business development, online media environment, or marketing.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience working in a matrixed organization.
  • 1 year of experience in managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with experience in online measurement, operations, ad networks, digital video, programmatic media, and Google platforms (e.g., Display and Video 360 (DV360)).
  • Experience in DV360 platform account management including campaign strategy, planning, set up, optimization, troubleshooting/escalation.
  • Knowledge of Connected TV (CTV)/Video ecosystem with YouTube campaign planning, set up and optimization.
  • Excellent promoting skills.

Agencies Large Customer Sales (LCS) Argentina team focuses on making agencies an agent of change and growth for the local advertising industry.

In this role, you will be in charge of developing the business of Programmatic business in the local market.

We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a knowledge of Display and Video 360 (DV360) and the programmatic landscape, and serve as thought leader to agencies around evolving advertising landscape and programmatic opportunities.
  • Enable agencies to use the Display and Video 360 platform successfully, helping their clients achieve their marketing goals.
  • Support business in the new opportunities related to Programmatic media to agency teams, with a focus on Video solutions, including both Youtube and non-Youtube premium inventory.
  • Collaborate internally to develop packages or solutions that appeal to customer goals and boost Programmatic media buying.
