Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in operations, business transformation, operations consulting, or corporate roles.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in developing or implementing AI strategy, roadmap, for customer services, business or support.
- Experience of managing inside sales or Small and Medium Business sales programs through employee or Outsourced operations.
- Experience in leading large scale cross-functional programs and excellent program management skills.
- Experience influencing senior executives across organizational lines and borders.
- Experience of driving business transformation through systems thinking and automation to drive productivity improvements.
- Knowledge in building and improving Center of Excellence through managed services models with Return on Investment driven models.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the vendor strategy, sourcing, vendor selection, agreement and contracting for our Go-to-Market Strategy and Global Solutions and Industries organizations.
- Develop scalable cost optimal operating models and service capabilities by creating Center of Excellence transforming multiple staff augmentation initiatives into managed services models.
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver scalable solutions and run operational initiatives across the globe to scale and transform services while measuring the business (including cost) impact of those solutions in order to provide insights to senior leadership and inform further innovation.
- Manage the overall relationship with the GTM and Global Solutions organization as well as engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Google to drive results.
- Drive supplier performance around service quality and value addition through structured governance and performance measurement mechanisms.
