YouTube Biz Segment GTM is responsible for designing and delivering our service models for our Business Development, Creator and Consumer Success, and Partner Engineering teams to drive sustainable partner growth and customer lifetime value. The team will work closely with Business, Product and Marketing leaders to optimize impact and cost-to-serve across these partner and consumer segments. The core capabilities of the team include innovating and gaining alignment on our partner and consumer service models — who we serve, what service is provided to achieve growth, how the service is provided and incentivized — defining measures of success (impact, productivity, ROI), enabling change management with frontline teams and developing pilots to test new frontline models.At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. Responsibilities

  • Operate at the heart of the YouTube cross-functional Leadership team in EMEA and be responsible for driving the growth of YouTube in the region.
  • Lead a team of Product Activation Managers to drive the product go-to-market strategy in EMEA for Key YouTube verticals: Film and TV/Broadcasters, Family and Kids (Youth), Learning, News, Health.
  • Provide strategic insight, understanding and leadership for region specific GTM initiatives focused on challenges and opportunities for the areas of responsibility.
  • Work with internal stakeholders cross-functionally to deliver solutions that meet our business objectives and product adoption goals. Maintain an external market perspective and form an expert opinion on competitive trends, industry challenges, and evolving market needs across the region.
  • Maintain strong relations and collaborate with the Global Product Activation counterparts and orchestrate cross-functional working groups within the Regional organization.
