Supply Line Manager, Silicon Production and Fulfillment

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management within a manufacturing environment, developing, or executing factory production plans, experience with capacity planning, material flow optimization, and scheduling, and experience managing supply chain activities with an emphasis on factory operations.
  • Experience in industry-specific engineering principles and manufacturing processes from semiconductor, consumer electronics or other industries with tangible products.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin Chinese fluently as this is an external-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders like factories/ODMs.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Direct experience implementing and utilizing advanced factory planning and scheduling software (e.g., APS systems, MES).
  • Familiarity with quality management systems relevant to manufacturing (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949), with specific experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Knowledge and practical application of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies within a factory setting.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless communication and material flow.
  • Monitor and analyze key factory performance indicators, including machine and supplier performance and work-in-progress (WIP) levels, to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop robust mitigation plans to ensure uninterrupted business operations for Final Test (FT) and System Level Test (SLT) operations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to effectively resolve critical supply chain issues and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
  • Manage and optimize the flow of materials within the factory, collaborating with engineers to manage supplier performance, to ensure efficient resource utilization, minimize bottlenecks, and secure a stable supply of materials.
