Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
  • Experience in partnerships, marketing, or program/event planning.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA, Master’s, or Advanced degree.
  • Experience driving cross-functional projects with end-to-end ownership and developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience developing and delivering compelling narratives for executive audiences.
  • Experience with strategy operations, marketing, or event management.
  • Excellent critical thinking and business judgment to identify and resolve business issues.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and execution skills, with ability to influence stakeholders and advise executive leaders with a results-driven, proactive approach.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

As the Strategy and Operations lead for AI Innovation Lab, you will be responsible for AI-focused engagements with partners that drive AI product use and business growth. You will own planning and execution for the AI innovation labs program and other AI-focused executive summits with partners, which bring the best of Google AI to our partners. You will use critical thinking and business judgment to identify roadblocks and deliver operational excellence for these high-stakes partner initiatives.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and support AI innovation lab events and other AI-focused executive summits with partners.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects that support Google's cross-product area AI go-to-market strategy via partnerships.
  • Act as a key cross-Google subject matter expert within global partnerships on our AI offerings across cloud, ads, knowledge and information, DeepMind, Google labs, etc.
  • Develop and implement processes and enablement to support execution of AI innovation labs and other AI-focused executive summits.
  • Manage effective SVP/executive coordination to ensure seamless executive preparation and impact during AI-focused engagements with partners.
