Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

In this role, you will drive Google's Devices business programs across the entire Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. You will be responsible for defining and executing the regional strategy for partner engagement, prioritization, and deployment of business activities to meet overall growth objectives. You will work with both retail and carrier partners, implementing a set of programs including incentives, training, and advocacy to improve the sellout of Google Pixel and Ecosystem products across all partner channels (Retail, Online, Telesales, B2B). You will manage and activate these business networks, ensuring the implementation of all new product introductions across all hardware categories and hitting country business goals.

You will partner with regional and in-country leadership. Furthermore, you will manage third-party vendors and agencies to improve execution and deliver upon SLAs. You will own the collection and analysis of field and market insights to help data-driven decision-making and develop growth with business and marketing managers.

Travel for business related needs as required.

The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the regional strategy for partner engagement and deployment of business activities to align with overall growth objectives.
  • Work with retail and carrier partners on programs (incentives, training, advocacy) to drive the business of Google Pixel and Ecosystem in their channels.
  • Lead the execution of New Product Introductions (NPIs) across all hardware categories with the objective of supporting country business goals.
  • Coordinate third-party vendors and improve the approach of the sales agency in key markets (e.g., Poland, Czechia, Romania) to ensure operational compliance and sellout.
  • Own the collection and analysis of field insights to trigger key business decision-making, while collaborating with business and marketing managers to unlock new business opportunities.
