Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in manufacturing or test development.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience with architecting complex manufacturing test solutions for CPU/GPU based products.
- Experience with creating manufacturing test strategies that cover from structural through functional and system test.
- Ability to communicate project requirements and schedules.
About the job
In this role, you will lead the deployment of test infrastructure with the responsibility for understanding new product introduction (NPI) program test strategies, developing and managing test development schedules, managing test development budgets, and execution of test development. You will be well-versed in the manufacturing environments and will lead test development engineering teams to ensure products test infrastructure are designed, developed, and deployed on time into our partner factories.Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. - Coordinate and execute board and system level test development activities. Coordinate dependencies across internal teams and external partners.
- Manage capacity, budget, schedule, and risks for manufacturing test development projects, and alignment with NPI program schedules.
- Lead manufacturing test development teams through planning, development, and deployment of test solutions to support volume manufacturing.
- Drive communication with stakeholders for test development status via reviews and dashboards; work with design engineering teams on DFT and to manage dependencies for test development.
- Develop technical documentation used for product test strategies, test plans, and test processes.
