Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
- 5 years of experience in an analytically-focused consumer insights or market research role.
- Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience programming surveys in Qualtrics, Decipher, or similar tools.
- Experience managing projects (translating business questions into hypotheses, retrieving and analyzing data, synthesizing recommendations).
- Experience running or managing a customer panel study (e.g. Brand, NPS, CSAT).
- Familiarity with survey research concepts (e.g. sample selection and inference, response bias, etc.).
- Familiarity with data query, data visualization, and statistical computing tools or languages.
- Ability to communicate statistical findings to a non-technical audience with excellent communication skills.

As an Analytics Program Lead, you will support Devices and Services strategy and product teams in making decisions based on data and research with a strong focus on our extensive Net Promoter Score (NPS) Program.
You will provide insights for the Devices and Services strategy and product teams to improve our users’ experiences with our products. You will partner with data scientists and product managers to help drive the global NPS program forward both operationally and strategically. You will shape how the program scales efficiently and delivers impact as we continue to grow our product portfolio and international reach. This role requires someone who is comfortable digging into data, presenting insights, and helping and guiding stakeholders on using the program to drive business decisions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $144,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage, improve, and scale a global cross-functional program for generating insights from customer feedback based on Net Promoter Score.
- Partner with data scientists, researchers and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate priorities, plan, and drive delivery of projects in a NPS program across Google’s devices and services portfolio.
- Design and introduce process and automation improvements to boost program efficiency (from issue taxonomies and survey instrument creation to data analysis and presentation templates).
- Lead introduction of new datasets and quantitative methods into the program to gain a deeper understanding of our customers.
- Prepare presentations of key program findings and insights for senior stakeholders.
