Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience as a Semiconductor Quality, Reliability and Failure Analysis Engineer.
- Experienced in data analysis using semiconductor production data.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Science or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Material Engineering.
- 15 years of experience in Semiconductor Quality, Reliability, Failure Analysis, Silicon Validation and Product Engineering.
- Experience with System on a chip (SoC), Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) and Modem productization.
- Experience of technical leadership and executive communication.

Responsibilities
- Lead change control management and new production site qualifications for alternate sourcing and business continuity.
- Support/Drive quality monitoring and quality improvement (CQI) efforts in the supply chain.
- Manage Failure Analysis and Ongoing Reliability Planning and deliverables.
- Lead suppliers to establish and validate process capability and performance metrics for delivering quality products and Excursion management.
