Technical Solutions Account Executive, Global Client Agency Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience in data-driven marketing, online media buying and promoting processes, and advertising technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience in whiteboarding technology systems and data flows.
  • Experience resolving technical issues and making them simple to a variety of audiences, ranging from practitioner to senior executive.
  • Excellent problem solving, technical aptitude and communication/storytelling skills.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. In this role, you will help clients and partners adapt to new approaches to marketing and digital advertising. You'll work with agencies and partners to help them achieve their business goals by architecting technology and data solutions that deliver positive marketing experiences. You will use your industry and product knowledge to help consult with clients to identify how adopting Google technology and data solutions will integrate and improve their existing marketing technology architecture.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior partner stakeholders, develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics. 
  • Whiteboard and consult on the data infrastructure to draw an idea of what can be accomplished with data-driven marketing.
  • Assess risks and implications due to privacy and regulations on technology stack and recommend solutions that will be durable to industry changes.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to support priorities and understand how they align to Google.
  • Help design overall data and tech transformation strategy.
