Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
  • Experience managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Exceptional ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving with demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and exec-level contexts.
  • Strong project management skills.

The Global Product Solutions (GPS) team is the link between Google products and business. We work with Product Managers and our Sales teams globally to contribute to the development of new ad products that create advertiser and user value. Our focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products.

Our team focuses on growing Search revenue through equipping sales teams and advertisers with best possible frameworks, products and recommendations to meet their business goals. The product portfolio includes features like Smart Bidding and AI Max.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Work across product, sales, support, and marketing teams to drive alignment on priorities and lead execution of go-to-market strategy for Smart Bidding on Search.
  • Support the target setting process for the entire sales organization.
  • Synthesize feedback from regional teams, sales teams and advertisers and incorporate that feedback into product development efforts.
  • Enable the Search sales teams - including the agency team - through the necessary information, education and sales materials to win pitches and open new budgets from advertisers.
  • Travel globally to support and activate sales teams, through roadshows, internal and external meetings.
