Business Systems Analyst Manager, Supply Chain Systems

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in managing full system implementation lifecycles (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, deployment, implement, support).
  • 10 years of experience with supply chain solutions in planning and fulfillment areas, with a focus on enterprise system implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM, custom platforms).
  • 10 years of experience in managing cross-functional technical teams and leading programs.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience owning project scoping, risks, and priorities, including leading resources to help with the project work.
  • Experience in defining and driving a business systems strategy and roadmap for a major functional area or cross-functional domain.
  • Experience designing and implementing artificial intelligence or machine learning solutions to address business issues.
  • Experience communicating technical concepts and business implications to technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), system integration methods, data modeling, and agile project methodologies.
  • Excellent technical process analysis skills to translate business requirements into comprehensive solution architecture.

The team identifies time-consuming internal processes and builds solutions that are reliable and scalable enough to work within the size and scope of the company. You translate Googler needs into high-level technical specifications, design and develop recommended systems and consult with Google executives to ensure smooth implementation. Whether battling large system processes or leveraging our homegrown suite of Google products for Googlers themselves, you help Googlers work faster and more efficiently.

Lead the future of supply chain planning transformation by owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our comprehensive and innovative Supply Chain Systems portfolio. This role will drive the goal for how we build, secure, and manage modern supply chain applications, encompassing our industry-leading ERP, supply planning, and fulfillment offerings.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining a systems strategy that empowers organizational scaling through advanced planning solutions. You will foster a culture of innovation, leveraging customer insights and market trends to deliver solutions that address both current needs and future frontiers, including the unique demands of AI/ML and the emerging landscape of autonomous supply chain systems. You will steer our engagement and alignment with cross-functional business units, ensuring our systems align with industry standard practices. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) to define impactful systems and collaborate with teams to bring innovative supply chain solutions to our global business.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$311,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of BSAs and guide Supply Chain solutions from conception to launch that directly supports organizational goals and scales with the business.
  • Possess advanced solutions expertise in building business applications and influencing the design of features that improve the reliability of applications and systems.
  • Create team norms that enable support, respect, connection, collaboration, and open communication so that everyone can contribute their best work.
  • Ensure appropriate metrics, roles, and people are in place to meet organizational goals. Make prioritization decisions, allocate work, and manage resources to deliver business impact for Google and provide opportunities for every Googler to have impact.
  • Identify, prioritize, and drive the execution of projects focused on integrating AI capabilities into core supply chain systems to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and realize business value.
