About the job
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
In this role, you will be joining the EMEA Scaled Marketing team and be the driving catalyst behind strategy to grow Google's AdSense and Ad Manager partners using videos and webinars. You will be responsible for building out the 'Publishers On Air' learning platform, transforming it into the central hub for all educational content. You will own the complete content strategy and end-to-end production, creating high quality videos and webinars that not only educate partners directly but also serve as key assets for broader Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns.
You will manage the entire production workflow, from engaging internal and external resources to optimizing costs and scheduling. As you develop the program, you will also guide the platform's strategic evolution, ensuring it provides a seamless user experience that can scale globally. Using data-driven insights, you will continuously identify areas for improvement to maximize the program's impact. This is a unique opportunity to lead a key educational initiative and directly contribute to the success of thousands of content creators worldwide
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end production of video and webinar content, which includes scheduling, production, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to bring the content to life.
- Act as primary content creator for the GTM strategy, provide the core video and webinar assets for campaigns across social, email, and other channels.
- Establish and manage production workflows, engage both internal/external resources to optimize costs, and overall program efficiency.
- Analyze key metrics (webinar attendance and product adoption) while also conducting user research to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive the expansion of the program by collaborating with regional sales and GTM teams to create and distribute locally relevant content that resonates with various publisher audiences.
