Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in Spanish and English with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in implementing, optimizing, and managing digital advertising campaigns and client solutions, with a track record in investigative and problem-solving projects.
- Experience with Google Ads and managing client relationships in account management sales roles.

As an Account Manager, you will leverage a basic understanding of advertising and our industry or vertical to protect and grow in-quarter business. You will execute tasks within the scope of our team's account plan, contributing to the identification of customer needs and translating their objectives into action through campaign implementation, optimization, expansion, and core account hygiene. Additionally, you will deliver data-driven and tactical recommendations to customers, partner teams, and leadership based on analyses, utilizing these insights to influence others, drive change, support customer growth, and align on opportunity/project timelines.

Responsibilities
- Develop campaign proposals using Google Ads solutions, translating client objectives into KPIs, and collaborating on campaign launches and adjustments.
- Optimize campaigns based on client KPIs to foster long-term growth and facilitate internal collaboration to improve performance.
- Build and maintain client relationships, contributing to portfolio growth and the achievement of mutual objectives.
- Analyze internal and external data to generate key insights, develop tactical recommendations, and identify growth opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities, collaborate on defining sales strategies, and execute these strategies for new clients.
