Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing.
  • Experience in identifying and partnering in brand agreements and advertising agreements.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in a sales-focused business development or account management role within the influencer marketing and social advertising environment.
  • Experience in managing relationships with Holding Companies or Influencer Marketing Agencies (IMAs), with the knowledge of their services, structures and decision-making processes.
  • Ability to work in a changing technical environment.

About the job

The team enables creative and creator partners to produce lighthouse advertising that accelerates business growth. The team’s purpose is to empower these partners to unlock the full value of Google in the golden era of AI-powered advertising.

In this role, you will enable influencer marketing agencies to capture the full value of YouTube’s creator ads solutions. You will be responsible for a portfolio of agencies, driving growth through enablement and roll-out of creator ads solutions. You will have an excellent commercial acumen and will be an excellent communicator and manager of cross functional programs internally and externally. You will be driving growth, building relationships, and identifying and converting sales opportunities within the digital advertising environment.

This is a fixed-term contract (FTC) role starting in April 2026 and concluding in December 2026. As an FTC, you will be a direct employee of Google for the duration of the term.

As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with agencies and Influencer Marketing Agencies (IMAs) to drive the adoption and use of Google advertising products within influencer marketing campaigns and deliver sales and agreement goals.
  • Work with agency partners to help them have the capabilities, integrations and solutions to drive forward creator related advertising with YouTube.
  • Work across multiple teams at Google including the sales and YouTube partnerships team to ensure the success of influencer ads programs through the partner agencies.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand YouTube's influencer and creator ecosystem.
  • Demonstrate the value within creator related ad solutions. Be knowledgeable of the social landscape in Southeast Asia.
