Growth Marketing Manager, Marketing (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in growth marketing working across acquisition and user engagement.
  • Experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing, email, and notifications.
  • Experience measuring and attributing uplift of growth experiments.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently, to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with in-app marketing and user engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with expertise in using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase).
  • Track record of driving significant growth for large-scale consumer apps.
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese fluently, to support client relationship management in this region.

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

Growth Marketing is a team of growth marketing experts that supports product areas across Google's consumer business. They foster collaboration between Product Areas, breaking down silos and ensuring a user-centric approach to growth initiatives.

In this role, you will lead development and execution of the LATAM growth marketing strategy for the key Google products in the region (such as Google Search, Gemini, and Android) with focus on owned and operated channels. Your mission will be to sustainably acquire and retain users across various stages of users' lifecycle, collaborating closely with Global Growth and Product Marketing teams. You’ll help users discover and adopt Google's most helpful features and make using AI a delightful experience. You’ll oversee multiple growth campaigns and experiments globally with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the LATAM growth strategy in close partnership with the global team and local product marketing managers, focusing on owned and operated channels to drive user acquisition and activation.
  • Prioritize, test and launch experiments and campaigns across a user’s lifecycle, from acquisition to feature adoption, churn prevention, and resurrection.
  • Own the roadmap for evergreen and GTM growth initiatives across in region owned and operated channels such as notifications and cross Google promotions.
  • Partner closely with paid media, brand social and analytics to maximize effectiveness of our growth campaigns.
